Description: This one-of-a-kind, shrug, and skirt set is up-cycled form vintage sweater. It is a gorgeous royal blue with silver hardware that creates and adjustable chain waistband. The sweater is also quite stretchy allowing for different body types within the listed size range.
 
Environmental Considerations: Zero-waste up-cycle item - created from a vintage garment leaving no scraps. The only new material used was the chain.
