Medusa Complex specializes in one-of-a-kind and limited run clothing and accessories for music festivals, which can also be styled clubwear or even streetwear. Every single item on medusacomplex.com is handmade in Los Angeles, CA. We are all about creating truly special pieces, and have never made more than 10 of any item. We implement sustainable production practices such as low-waste and zero-waste patterns, scrap utilization (using up even the tiniest pieces of fabric that would otherwise be thrown away), and up-cycling garments in addition to our from-scratch items - re-imagining an existing garment is far more sustainable than creating a new one. Medusa Complex is an eco-friendly, high-end, and built-to-last alternative to wasteful fast fashion. We keep you looking as stunning as ever at your next festival, concert, underground club, or even just in your everyday life.
SIZING INFORMATION
Because Medusa Complex is a one-of-a-kind and custom order brand, sizing will vary from item to item, and there is often only one size available in each item. The size of each item, however, may range from XS-2XL. You can always request a free size alteration or place a custom order made to your exact dimensions as well.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
We can ship one-of-a-kind, custom, and handmade creations anywhere in the world! U.S. shipping is a flat rate, while international shipping may cause an added charge. Shipping costs will vary based on your location and proximity to Medusa Complex headquarters in Los Angeles.
Ready-to-ship items will typically be sent within 3-5 days (or up to a week maximum) of your purchase date. Custom or made-to-order items will take longer since these are nothing constructed until after your order is finalized. Made-to-order items take 3-6 weeks to construct and ship out. For custom orders, you will receive a time estimate when you place your order - time required to produce your items may vary depending on the details of your garment(s). They typical time range is 4 -10 weeks for custom clothing items or 2-3 weeks for custom accessories.
If your order does not fit you properly or is not to your liking, you can exchange it for another item or for store credit within 30 days of receiving your order. Simply go to the contact page of our website and fill out the contact form to receive our return address. We are happy to work with you to ensure that your unique creations fit you perfectly. No returns.

When buying an item from Medusa Complex, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Specific information about pricing and sales tax for each item will be clearly visible on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
Once you have received your item in the mail, Medusa Complex is not responsible for any damage or harm inflicted on or by that item.
